QUEZON MEMORIAL CIRCLE

I and my classmates went to Quezon Memorial Circle last February 6,2012 (Monday). We rode the bus Pedro Gil to Quezon City.

I saw the many exhibit of Manuel L. Quezon's family.
I feel so surprise the Manuel Quezon's background his life. It was very early.


I wanted to enter the QUEZON MEMORIAL SHRINE but It was close on Monday. Only Tuesday-
Sunday at 8am-4pm.

So next again, I will attend there. When I am so exciting to see in Quezon Memorial Circle last March 4 Sunday.

Have many landmark in Quezon City by Manuel L. Quezon. It was so wonderful. Made me so attractive the true history.

I traveled this. It was my first time to saw there. I feel experienced this Quezon City.

TAAL, BATANGAS and KAWIT,CAVITE


Last March 7,2012 Wednesday,All section A to D and my two teachers rode in bus because we had educational trip.We were going to TAAL,BATANGA AND KAWIT,CAVITE.


 I enjoyed a fun there. I bought the BUKO PIE for pasalubong. It's very delicious. It's Php150.00.



We arrived in Taal, Batangas. It was my first time to saw there.



We entered in TAAL BASILICA.

It was complete name "Basilica de San Martin de Tours". It is the biggest church in the orient. 
It was built in 1755 but was rebuilt a century later after it was destroyed by on earhquake in 1849.


"Basilica de San Martin de Tours is a Minor Basilica in thetown of TaalBatangas in the Philippines. Ms. Febe Sevilla is an interpreter the man tourism. He was telling the history.



We went toESCUELA PIA.
"The “Escuela Pia” was originally constructed in 1853 to temporarily house the Virgin and hold masses during the construction of the Basilica.  It later became home of the Colegio de la Sagrada Familia,which was a school dedicated to the moral formation of the youth, founded by Dona Gliceria Marella de Villavicencio. It is now used as the cultural center for the town."






We walked to TAAL MUNICIPAL HALL.






"Taal boasts of an old Spanish municipal government building erected in 1845. It is the only Spanish building in town that has a tile roof. It was formerly known as Casa Real, Tribunal & Casa Consistorial."

Her name is Corazon Apacible. It was my first time to saw it. Wow! She is the mayor woman
















Our Lady of Caysasay 
It was healing the part of body and head. People of Taal, Batangas had believe this. It own the culture.

It is so true the history of LEON APACIBLE. 
It is the one of Taal's oldest, built in the late 17th century by Marcela's grandfather Andres Marino.


I rally surprised that The first Philippine flag was sewn by Marcella Agoncillo. It was very wonderful. I am very proud of her. Because It was the Filipino.


We went to MARCELA AGONCILLO MANSION



She lived in Taal, Batangas. She was the daughter of a rich family.




 She was the first Philippines flag. It was sewn by her hand.

Then The first Philippines flag was proclamation of Philippine Independence on June 12, 1898 in Kawit, Cavite.

 She was the mother.
Her husband name is Felipe Agoncillo.
Her born six children because they are the girls.
